Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and for the Functioning Indirectly of a Limited Access Road in Franklin District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway, and the land described in the Second Schedule is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a limited access road and the land described in the First and Second Schedules, shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.
