Amendment to Notice

Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of May 1991, declaring land held for conservation purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 1991, No. 76, page 1682 and registered as GN B. 162499.2 by deleting the Schedule and substituting in its place the following Schedule.

Wellington Land District—Horowhenua District

7680 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 70574, situated in Block IX, Waiopehu Survey District. Part Gazette notice B. 162499.1.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community building) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve Be Part of the Brightwater Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the reserve to form part of the Brightwater Recreation Reserve.
