Pursuant to section 48 (2) (a) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and under powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument of delegation, dated the 1st day of October 1991; I, Warren Gillespie Simeon, Controller Road User Standards, hereby approve the following organisation for the purposes of section 68 of the Transport Act 1962 and Regulations 11 (1) (b)(i) and 32 (2) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987:

Notice is hereby given of the result of an election of members of the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand held on 2 November 1992.

Auckland District
Two candidates were nominated for three vacancies.
Mrs E. A. Hawthorn and Mr D. C. W. Lang being those candidates, I declare them duly elected.
Under section 5(11) of the Pharmacy Act 1970, Mr J. S. Dandy shall continue in office until his successor comes into office, notwithstanding that the term for which he was elected has expired.

Wellington District
Two candidates were nominated for two vacancies.
Mr G. B. Caves and Mr R. P. Rosenberg being those candidates, I declare them duly elected.

Canterbury District
One candidate was nominated for one vacancy.
Mr E. C. Shaw being that candidate, I declare him duly elected.

Otago District
One candidate was nominated for one vacancy.
Mr B. J. McKone being that candidate, I declare him duly elected.

North Island

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Appointment of the Public Trustee as Manager Under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957

Pursuant to section 80 (1) of the Public Trust Office Act 1967, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice that on 29 September 1992 and pursuant to the provisions of Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, an order was made by the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington appointing the Public Trustee manager of all that parcel of land comprising in certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 164 (Wellington Registry).
