Change of Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves be Part of the Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (public utility) reserves to recreation reserves, and further, declares the said reserves to form part of the Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Notice Redefining Purposes of a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 110, page 2495, are hereby redefined to include “cultural, economic and educational interest”.
