Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves be Part of the Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserves and further, declares that the reserves shall form part of the Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Westland Land District—Grey District

2.5900 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 11515, situated in Block VIII, Mawheranui Survey District.

258 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 11744, situated in Block VIII, Mawheranui Survey District.

1007 square metres, more or less, being part Section 6, Block II, Town of Hatters Terrace, S.O. Plan 2490.

202 square metres, more or less, being Section 5, Block III, Town of Hatters Terrace, S.O. Plan 886.

784 square metres, more or less, being Section 6, 7 and 8, Block III, Town of Hatters Terrace, S.O. Plan 886. All certificate of title 5D/459.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation for the West Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 18 of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Hatters Terrace Historic Reserve.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
