Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes together with Declaration that the Same Land become a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Ministers deemed responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be held as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Seddonville Soldiers Memorial Recreation Reserve.
