Pursuant to the Public Works 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, G.C.M.G., D.B.E., the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be hereby taken for road and to be vested in The Manawatu District Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

1008 square metres, being part Section 1, Block XIV, Apiti Survey District: shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 36760, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 10th day of October 1992.

Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped in the Southland District Council

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and, when declared road, shall vest in The Southland District Council. And that pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the road described in the Second Schedule shall be stopped and when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 5C/308, subject to all encumbrances. The above actions to take part on the date of publication in the Gazette.
