The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that the New Zealand Society of Master Plumbers and Gasfitters 1990 Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying Industries on Monday, the 19th day of October 1992.

Education and Training Support Agency Board—Notice of Amendment to New Zealand Apprenticeship Orders

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency hereby gives notice that pursuant to section 17 (1) (a) of the Industry Training Act 1992, the Board has amended the following New Zealand Apprenticeship Orders:

1. New Zealand Boilermaking Industry Apprenticeship Order dated 10 July 1986;

2. New Zealand Baking Industry Apprenticeship Order dated 29 September 1988 and subsequent amendments dated 16 May 1992 and 8 May 1992.

The above amendments will come into effect the day after their publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Copies of the amendments are available from regional offices of the Education and Training Support Agency.

Corrigendum

Amendment to Notice Relating to Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice declaring land to be held for conservation purposes, dated 20 December 1990, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 January 1991, by inserting “part” before “Section 15”.
