(c) The first defendant pays the plaintiff compensation for promotion and development costs and loss of office, in such sum as the Court thinks fit.
(d) The first defendant repay all moneys advanced to it by the second defendant; and
(e) The second defendant indemnify and/or reimburse the first defendant in respect of the obligations and liabilities incurred by the first defendant in guaranteeing and providing security for loans obtained by the second defendant from the National Bank of New Zealand Limited.
Alternately:
- An order that the first and second defendants be wound up.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 9th day of November 1992 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendants, who wish to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Robyn Judith Willis, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Anthony Harper, Solicitors, 115 Kilmore Street, Christchurch.
