worship and related purposes subject in all things to the direction from time to time given by the assembly or congregation of Open Brethren carrying on for the time being religious worship in any chapel hall or building on such land or lands ("assembly").

Under this scheme certain changes are proposed in the way in which the trusts are to be administered. The scheme provides that the governing body or elders of the assembly have power to appoint the trustees or name persons from among their number as trustees and that the trustees may delegate to committees of their number such matters as they think fit for the purpose of administering the trusts and provides for the appointment of a secretary to the trust board and for certain additional powers relating to the holding of meetings and the administration of the trust. The scheme also makes provision for the trust board to hold land and property other than the existing property at 6 Elizabeth Street, Wellington.

Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court or at the office of the trust board at 6 Elizabeth Street, Wellington. The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court at Wellington on the 25th day of November 1992 at 10 a.m.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington and to the Elizabeth Street Chapel Trust Board at 6 Elizabeth Street, Wellington and the Attorney-General not less than seven (7) clear days before the above mentioned date.

S. L. REES-THOMAS, Solicitor for the Applicant.
