Take notice that on the 29th day of May 1991, an application for orders under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955 in respect of Canterbury Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre Limited and Canterbury Sports Medicine (Properties) Limited “Sports Med” was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The orders sought are:

  1. An order that:
    (a) The third, fourth, fifth and sixth defendants purchase the shares of the plaintiff in the first and second defendants at a value determined by the Court; and
    (b) The first and second defendants pay the plaintiff compensation for development costs and loss of office, in such sum as the Court thinks fit.

Alternatively:

  1. An order that:
    (a) The third, fourth, fifth and sixth defendants purchase the shares of the plaintiff in the first defendant at a value determined by the Court; and
    (b) The third, fourth, fifth and sixth defendants sell their shares in the second defendant to the plaintiff at a value determined by the Court.
