Road Stopped—Southern Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 118 of the Public Works Act 1981 and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

1. The area marked “A” (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10332) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title D3/1312.

2. The area marked “B” (now known as Section 2, S.O. 10332) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H1/26, subject to mortgages numbers 383296.2 and 518433.2.

3. The area marked “C” (now known as Section 3, S.O. 10332) is an Esplanade Reserve vested in the Tararua District Council.

Pt Lovell Road Closed & Vested—Southern Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and declares that:

(i) Pursuant to section 117 (3) the area marked “A” (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10324) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P3/80.

(ii) Pursuant to section 118 the area marked “B” (now known as Section 2, S.O. 10324) is vested in the Tararua District Council as an Esplanade Reserve.

(iii) Pursuant to section 117 (3) the area marked “C” shall be dealt with as Crown land.
