Road Deviation at Medway Road

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Hurunui District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Bronwyn Grace Bill, Robert Simon Bijl and Garry Stuart Collin and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34D/172 Canterbury Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Le Pine Farm Limited and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34D/171 Canterbury Land Registry.
