Land Declared Limited Access Road or Severance and Road to be Stopped and Severance to be Vested at Urenui

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to delegations from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the balance of the land in certificate of title E2/605, Taranaki Land Registry.
