Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Wilberg Range Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation for the West Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserve and further, declares that the reserve shall form part of the Wilberg Range Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Closure Notice 1992

Pursuant to section 41 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

I, Simon Upton, Minister of Health, being satisfied that burials in the Christian Church Community Trust at Springbank Denominational Burial Ground, (being the land described in the Schedule to this notice), should be wholly discontinued, hereby direct that the Christian Church Community Trust of Springbank Denominational Burial Ground shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from 1 April 1993.

Schedule

All that piece of land measuring 25 metres by 37 metres set aside for burials on Lot 1, D.P. 38542 and part RS 7231, and part RS 7346, Block VII, Mairaki SD.
