Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community purposes) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the 9th day of September 1992:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Western Bay of Plenty District Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
