Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of July 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 July 1992, No. 114 at page 2536 declaring land for road and road stopped in the City of Dunedin by omitting from the areas firstly, secondly, thirdly and fourthly described in the First Schedule reference to “Block XIII” and replacing it with “Block XIIIA” and by omitting from the area thirdly described in the Second Schedule reference to “Block XIII” and replacing it with “Block III”.

A Drainage Easement in Gross Acquired Adjacent to Neeves Road, Waimakariri District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect between Landcorp Management Services Limited (hereinafter called “the grantor”) and The Waimakariri District Council (hereinafter called “the grantee”) having been entered into, the grantee acquires from the grantor the right to drain water in gross described in the First Schedule over the land described in the Second Schedule and the said easement shall vest in perpetuity in the grantee on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Canterbury Land District—Waimakariri District

This easement grants forever the rights and powers implied in and attaching to the right to drain water as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, as if the same were fully set out herein.
