Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for the Generation of Electricity to be Crown Land in The Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of September 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 October 1987, No. 170, page 4559, declaring land held for the generation of electricity to be Crown land in Block LXXIII, Town of Cromwell, by omitting the Schedule and replacing it with the Schedule hereto.
