Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road, Declaring the Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Land Taken in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of July 1992 and published in the Gazette of 30 July 1992, No. 118, at page 2613, land acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road, land declared to be road, road stopped and land taken in the District of Marlborough, by:

(a) Omitting from the Second Schedule the land tenthly described, containing an area of 1.0740 ha, and

(b) Substituting the following:

7465	Accretion to legal road, Block XV, Patriarch Survey District; marked “H” on S.O. Plan 6565
3275	Wairau Riverbed, situated in Block XV, Patriarch Survey District; marked “AA” on S.O. Plan 6565

Land Declared to be Road in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 60, and shall remain vested in the Crown.

813 square metres, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District, being part Section 1, S.O. 14337; marked “A” on S.O. Plan 14990, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.
