Amount of Anti-Dumping Duty

The amount of duty to be paid in respect of the above goods shall be the amount by which the Normal Value (VFD Equivalent) exceeds the value for duty of the above goods when entered for home consumption.

Where the goods imported are imported directly from an exporter who is a direct supplier*, the amount of the Normal Value shall be that (VFD Equivalent) amount set out in the column headed “Direct Suppliers”. Where the goods are imported from any other exporters, the applicable amount of the Normal Value (VFD Equivalent) shall be the amount set out in the column headed “Other Suppliers”.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Arowhenua Amendment Notice 1992

Pursuant to section 155 (8) of the Education Act 1989 (as inserted by section 14 of the Education Amendment Act 1989), and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager, Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

(1) The Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Arowhenua 1991 Notice is hereby amended by the insertion of the following new clause:

5A Constitution of the Board of Trustees:

(a) 5 elected parent representatives;

(b) the principal; and

(c) a staff member; and

(d) not more than 4 persons co-opted by the Board.

(2) Clause 5 of the notice entitled Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Arowhenua 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 December 1991, No. 185, page 3802, is hereby revoked.

(3) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
