Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Vested and Land to be Severance and Vested in Block I, Owahanga Survey District

Pursuant to sections 114, 116, 117, 119 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares:

(i) the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road;

(ii) the road firstly, thirdly, fourthly, seventhly and eighthly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with CT 192/271, subject to mortgage B. 080205.4, and profit a prendre 923783.1 and mortgage 923783.2 and 994552.1;

(iii) the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with CT C2/537, subject to mortgage B. 080205.4;

(iv) the road fifthly, sixthly, and ninthly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with CT C2/538, subject to mortgage 465946.4, 728101.1, and 809169.2;

(v) the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be severance and amalgamated with CT C2/538, subject to mortgage 465946.4, 728101.1, and 809169.2.
