Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that:

(i) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road;

(ii) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declared to be Crown Land;

(iii) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be severance and declared to be Crown land.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
