Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the said 20th day of November 1991, published in New Zealand Gazette, the 28th day of November 1991, No. 181, page 3740 (ln. 11687) by amending the area for the land described as being marked “C” in the Schedule to read “3.0830 ha”.
