Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road and in Connection with a Limited Access Road in The Franklin District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule is acquired, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and the land secondly described in the Schedule is acquired in connection with a limited access road (State Highway 1) and both shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Land, Rights of Way and Pipeline Easements Over Land Acquired for Sanitary Works (Sewage Disposal Marsh) in Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Land and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule, a right of way easement containing the rights and powers set forth in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and a sewage pipeline easement containing the rights and powers in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the Seventh Schedule to the said Land Transfer Act, over the land described in the Second Schedule, and being forever appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule are acquired for sanitary works (sewage disposal marsh) and shall vest in The Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
