Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the notice dated the 26th day of May 1982, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 3rd day of June 1982, No. 58, page 1753 declaring land to be road and road stopped pursuant to sections 114, 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981 by adding to the operative clause after the words “Volumes 864, folio 140,” the words “subject to mortgage C. 285408.1, North Auckland Land Registry”.
