Change of the Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (street) and local purpose (road) respectively, to recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

South Auckland Land District—Hamilton City

746 square metres, more or less, being Lot 91, D.P. S. 9799, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District. Part certificate of title 912/224.

564 square metres, more or less, being Lot 94, D.P. S. 10604, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District. Part certificate of title 6A/795.
