A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be hereby taken for buildings of the General Government and to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waipa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(i) Areas “C” and “E”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 58595 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12D/1367, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “G”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 58595, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 431, folio 20, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 749242, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “H”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 58595, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11A/670, subject to memorandum of mortgage H.448858, South Auckland Land Registry.
