Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30th June 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Elizabeth Christine Sides in respect of Nga Puawai Early Childhood Centre, 37 Goulstone Road, Whakatane.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Burial and Cremation Act 1964
Closure of the Old Otatau Cemetery
Pursuant to sections 41 (1) and 43 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Simon David Upton, Minister of Health, hereby:
(1) direct that the cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Old Otatau Cemetery, Otatau, shall be closed and burials there is discontinued from and including 15 February 1993; and
(2) vest the control and management of the cemetery so closed from and including 15 February 1993 in the Southland District Council.

1.9830 hectares, more or less, being Section 7, Block VIII, Town of Otatau. All certificate of title, Volume 10, folio 185.

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977
Permission for the Conduct Within New Zealand of Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand
Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Graeme Lee, the Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Prentice Hall Australia Pty Limited to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme for the book “Prentice Hall’s Illustrated Dictionary of Computing”.

Conditions
The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:
(1) Prentice Hall Australia Pty Limited shall not, after the 3rd day of April 1993, conduct the lottery within New Zealand:
(2) Where any person in New Zealand wins a prize in the lottery, Prentice Hall Australia Pty Limited shall notify that person by mail that that person has won a prize.
(3) Prentice Hall Australia Pty Limited shall, not later than the 19th day of April 1993, publish in a major New Zealand newspaper a list of the names of all persons in New Zealand who have won prizes in the lottery.
