Real Estate Agents Act 1976

Real Estate Agents Licensing Board

Pursuant to section 4 (2) (b) of the Real Estate Agents Act 1976, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to reappoint

William Hills Matthewson of Tauranga

as a member of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board for a period of 3 years on and from 1 April 1992, and further appointment pursuant to section 4 (2) (e) of the said Act

Cheryl Parsons of Auckland, and

Brian Kenhardt Crawshaw of Gisborne

as members of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board for a period of 3 years on and from the date hereof.

State Sector Act 1988

Appointment of Supervising Officers

Whereas pursuant to section 28 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Minister of Transport did delegate his power under section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 to the Secretary for Transport by an Instrument of Delegation, dated 12 April 1990.

And whereas pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Secretary for Transport did delegate those powers under section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 to me by an instrument of delegation, dated 9 May 1990.

Therefore I, Thomas Edwin Law, Senior Advisory Officer (Harbours Management), pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in exercise of the powers delegated to me, hereby appoint

Christopher James Poulter, as a supervising officer for New Zealand.

Ian Stuart Ramage, as a supervising officer for New Zealand.

Sheryl Ethel Dymock, as a supervising officer for New Zealand.

For the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950 and the Water Recreation Regulations 1979
