The Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1991, signed on the 29th day of August 1991*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

Situated within Waipa District at Hautapu:

Bruntwood Road: from Victoria Road to a point 300 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Bruntwood Road from Victoria Road.

Hautapu Road: from Victoria Road to a point 1100 metres measured westerly, generally, along Hautapu Road from Victoria Road.

Victoria Road: from Hautapu Road to Bruntwood Road.

The Traffic (Selwyn District) Notice No. 1, 1992

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller, Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Selwyn District) Notice No. 1, 1992.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The Traffic (Ellesmere County) Notice No. 2, 1981, dated on the 27th day of July 1981*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

First Schedule

Situated within Selwyn District at Southbridge:

Bridge Street.

Broad Street.

Cryer Street.

Gordon Street: from its junction with High Street to a point 140 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said street from Sarsfield Street.

Hastings Street.

High Street: from a point 140 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said street from St James Street to a point 140 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said street from Hastings Street.

Lee Street.

O'Connells Street.

St James Street.

St John Street: from its junction with High Street to a point 140 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said street from the said junction.

Sarsfield Street.

Taiaroa Place.

Taumutu Road: from its junction with High Street to a point 20 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Bridge Street.

Wilson Street.

Second Schedule

Situated within Selwyn District at Southbridge:

High Street: from a point 140 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along High Street from Hastings Street to the Southbridge-Leeston Road.

High Street: from a point 140 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said street from St James Street to a point 400 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said street from Brook Street.

McKenzie Avenue.

Southbridge-Leeston Road: from High Street to a point 100 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said Road from High Street.

The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 13th day of December 1990*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated on the 5th day of January 1976†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.

First Schedule

Situated within Franklin District at Pukekohe:

All that area with the exception of Cape Hill Road and Franklin Road bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern terminating end of Adams Drive; thence due east by a right line to the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the western side of Valley Road 260 metres measured northerly, generally, along Valley Road from East Street; thence across Valley Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the northern side of East Street opposite its intersection with the western side of Ngahere Road; thence across East Street at right angles from its northern side to its southern side; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the south-eastern terminating end of Carlton Road; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the northern side of Birch Road 20 metres measured easterly, generally, along Birch Road from Station Road; thence across Birch Road at right angles from its northern side to its southern side;
