Reserves Act 1977
Classification of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as an historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

2370 square metres, more or less, being part Section 200, City of Nelson, situated in Block IV, Waimea Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 9B, folio 423.

Revocation of Appointment, Classification and Vesting of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Mangamaire Hall Board to control, and manage the reserve described in the Schedule below, and further, declares the said reserve to be classified as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act and vests the reserve in The Tararua District Council in trust for that purpose.

530 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 19417, situated in Block XIV, Mangahao Survey District. All T. 407640.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waipa District Council on the 27th day of April 1992:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

1.0800 hectares, more or less, being part of Section 2, Teasdale Settlement, situated in Block II, Puniu Survey District. All certificate of title 7C/1378. Subject to a building line restriction imposed by S. 98281.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
In the notice issued on the 14th day of November 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 December 1991, No. 193, page 3956, amend the area in the Schedule from “2656 square metres” to read “2706 square metres”.

Corrigendum
Cancelling a Maori Reservation
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 December 1991, No. 193, page 3955, amend the area of the land in the Schedule for Section 7, Block IV, Town of Ohura from “1102 square metres” to read “1011 square metres”, as shown in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 1975, No. 15, page 336.

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and, pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori Reservation known as Parinata 2C constituted by notice dated the 14th day of June 1974 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 59, page 1210 of 20 June 1974.
