Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land

I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Grey District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule
All those parcels of land containing in total 4048 square metres, more or less, situate in Block X Town of Dobson being Sections 396, 397, 398 and 399 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificates of title Volume 5B, folios 90, 91, 92 and 93 (Westland Registry).
