Hawkes Bay Fire District Notice 1992

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Hawkes Bay Fire District Notice 1992.
This notice shall come into force on the 2nd day of March 1992.
This notice revokes and is in substitution for the Hawkes Bay Fire District Notice 1980.

Constitution of the Hawkes Bay Fire District

The Urban Areas of the Cities of Napier, Hastings and Districts are hereby constituted into the Hawkes Bay Fire District.
The boundaries of the Hawkes Bay Fire District constituted by this notice are defined and delineated in a plan held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington. Reference No. Ops 4/1/3D01.

Dated at Wellington this 23rd day of January 1992.
