Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for recreation reserve (subject to section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974) and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
