Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 30th day of January 1992.

Declaring Land, Leasehold Estate and a Stratum Estate in Land Acquired for Civic Amenities in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to right to overhang and encroach, granted by conveyance 134733 and fencing agreement contained in conveyance 134752, party wall rights, granted by deed of grant 134734, right to transmit electricity in transfer 306454, section 203 and 203A, Municipal Corporations Act 1984, electricity substation easement, created by transfer 530881 and lease No. 550930 and the leasehold estate in land firstly described and Stratum Estate in the land secondly described in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to transfer 530881 and unit tilting under No. 553625, to be acquired for civic amenities and vested in The Dunedin City Council on the 30th day of January 1992.
