Amending a Notice of a Right of Way Easement Over Land Acquired for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice, dated the 18th day of May 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 May 1982, No. 56, at page 1692, of a right of way easement over land acquired for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, by inserting in the Second Schedule after the land tently described:

“All that piece of land situated in Blocks X and XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, described as follows:
Part Lot 1, D.P. 26789; marked “O” on S.O. Plan 49975”.
