Harris, financial advisor of Level Eleven, Hesketh Henry Building, 2 Kitchener Street, Auckland; jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property and undertaking of The Penny Farthing (Auckland) Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of July 1989 which debenture was given in favour of L. J. Williamson and I. R. W. Methven and assigned to L. J. Williamson by an assignment dated the 20th day of March 1991.

This notice is published to correct a certain notice of appointment of receivers and managers published in this newspaper on the 5th day of June 1991 which incorrectly described the company under its former name.
