Notice is hereby given that at the request of the directors on the 12th day of June 1991, the National Bank of New Zealand Ltd. and UDC Finance Ltd. appointed Messrs Bruce McCallum and David Ross Petterson, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of the property of Multi Plastics (Industries) Ltd. under the powers contained in mortgage debentures dated the 15th day of January 1990 given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 11-17 Church Street, P.O. Box 1327, Wellington.
