Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and Revoking Previous Notice

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin:

(a) Pursuant to section 55, revokes the notice dated the 19th day of April 1991, published in New Zealand Gazette, 9 May 1991, No. 69 at page 1541, declaring land acquired for road in the City of Dunedin.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of June 1991.
