Land at Spur and Rockwood Roads Declared to be Road

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Christchurch declares the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be road and shall vest in The Mackenzie District
Council on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

All that piece of land containing 1985 square metres, being
part Lot 27, D.P. 1636; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan
18482, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Christchurch.

Road Realignment in Mackenzie District—Spur Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Christchurch hereby revokes the notice dated the 6th day of
November 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette of
15 November 1990, No. 200 at page 4335, declaring land to
be acquired for road realignment, pursuant to part VIII of the
Public Works Act 1981.

Revoking in Part A Gazette Notice in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property,
Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland:

(a) Pursuant to section 55, hereby revokes the notice
declaring land held for better utilisation to be Crown land in
the Town District of Hikurangi, dated the 13th day of
November 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
19 November 1987, No. 202, page 5212, as to the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land firstly described
in the Schedule to be set apart in connection with a road (State
Highway No. 1), which shall remain vested in the Crown, and

(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, the land secondly
described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for a recreation
ground and shall vest in The Whangarei District Council on the
date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
