Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands and at the request of The Napier City Council, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule held by that council to be set apart for a service lane.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped and Acquired for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of April 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 April 1991, No. 58, at page 1266, declaring road stopped and acquired for buildings of the general government by omitting from the Schedule “S.O. Plan 30509” and substituting “S.O. Plan 33509”.

Revoking a Secondary Use of Land in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, revokes the notice, dated the 18th day of October 1982, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of October 1982, No. 124, page 3545, authorising the application of land held primarily for the purposes of a camping-ground to a Ministry of Works and Development depot, as a secondary use of the land.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, subject to the right of way easement described in the Second Schedule (to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule) and further declares that the land described in the First Schedule shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
