Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Blocks XII and XVI, Akatarawa Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII, of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule, to be road and vested in The Upper Hutt City hereby:

(b) Pursuant to section 116, and 117 and 120, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule, hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) the area firstly coloured green on S.O. 27995, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 535, folio 296.

(ii) the areas marked “B” and “C” on S.O. 33784, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume F2, folio 494.

(iii) the area secondly coloured green on S.O. 27995, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 27A, folio 178, subject to mortgage 871007.2.

(iv) the area thirdly coloured green on S.O. 27995, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 27A, folio 177.
