Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and
Amalgamated and Land Severed and Amalgamated
in Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and
amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 10C, folio 701,
subject to fencing covenant 319666 and reservation as to coal,
gold and silver No. 516880.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and
vested in The Manawatu Wanganui Regional Council for soil
conservation and river control purposes.

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares:

(i) the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be
severance and vested in The Manawatu Wanganui
Regional Council for soil conservation and river control
purposes.

(ii) the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be
severance and amalgamated with certificate of title,
Volume 10C, folio 701, subject to fencing covenant
319666 and reservation as to coal, gold and silver No.
516880.

(iii) the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be
severance and vested in The Horowhenua District Council
