Declaring Land to be Road in Port Nicholson Survey District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Wellington City Council.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed by Road Taken in Block IV, Otahoua Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares;
(i) the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 21C, folio 800, together with easement created by transfer B. 013244.15 and subject to mortgage B. 033742.1;
(ii) the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 36D, folio 91, subject to mortgage 360480.8;
(iii) the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 21C, folio 456, subject to right of way 399878.7 and lease B. 013244.14.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares;
(i) The land described in the Fifth Schedule, hereto to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 21C, folio 800, together with easement created by transfer B. 013244.13 and subject to mortgage B. 033742.1.
(ii) The land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 36D, folio 91, subject to mortgage 360480.8.

Amending a Notice Relating Road (State Highway No. 38) in Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of March 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 March 1991, No. 47, at page 1056, realigning road in Whakatane District, by inserting “and to caveat H. 885063,” after “H. 881670.2,” in paragraph (b) (i).
