Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the said pieces of Crown land to be road and vested in the Crown.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of January 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 January 1991, No. 17, at page 343, stopping road in Waitomo District by deleting all reference to memorandum of mortgage H. 031227.5 from paragraph (b).

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that:

(i) Areas “A” and “D” on S.O. Plan 50903 (now known together as Section 2, S.O. 50903); areas “I” and “J” on S.O. Plan 50904 (now known together as Section 3, S.O. 50904) and area “A” on S.O. Plan 50907 (now known as Section 1, S.O. 50907) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 657, folio 19, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 254791, H. 947863.2 and S. 560111, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “C”, “G” and “K” described in the Second Schedule hereto (now known as Section 1, S.O. 50903, Section 1, S.O. 50904 and Section 2, S.O. 50904 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 2000, folio 6, subject to memorandum of lease S. 219689, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “A” and “B” on S.O. Plan 50906 (now known together as Section 1, S.O. 50906) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13C/153, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 947863.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
