A Right of Way Easement Over Land in Otorohanga District Acquired for Telecommunication and Electricity Purposes (VHF and Microwave Stations)
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement between the Westmacott Trust, the Whakarewarewa Trustees, EV Stokes Limited and the Crown, dated the 6th day of January 1985 and held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, having been entered into, the right of way easement for telecommunication and electricity purposes (very high frequency and microwave stations) described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the terms and conditions contained in the said agreement, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
