Amending a Notice Declaring Road in Hauraki Plains County to be Stopped

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of September 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 September 1985, No. 173 at page 4092, declaring road in Hauraki Plains County to be stopped by:

(a) Deleting “caveat H. 706932” from paragraph (b) (ii) and substituting “H. 763571”.

(b) Deleting “memorandum” from paragraph (b) (iii) and substituting “memoranda” and further, by deleting “caveat H. 706932” and substituting “763571”.
