Amending a Notice Declaring Land Set Apart and Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway, Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes, Road to be Stopped, Land for Road, Airspace Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway, Airspace Acquired for Railway Purposes and Airspace Set Apart for a Pedestrian Accessway

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of April, 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1991, No. 58, page 1271, declaring land set apart and land acquired for the Dunedin-Milton motorway, land set apart for railway purposes, road to be stopped, land for road, airspace acquired for railway purposes and airspace set apart for a pedestrian accessway by omitting from the area secondly described in the Third Schedule all reference to S.O. Plan 23269 and substituting it with S.O. Plan 23268.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of April 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1991, No. 58, page 1274, declaring land to be road in the city of Dunedin by omitting from the notice all reference to the Queenstown-Lakes District Council and substituting it with the Dunedin City Council.

Land Acquired for Hydro Electric Power Generation in the City of Dunedin and Revoking Previous Notice

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin:

(a) Pursuant to section 55, revokes the notice dated the 14th day of April 1991, published in New Zealand Gazette, 26 April 1991, No. 61, page 1361, declaring land held for the purposes of a plantation set apart for hydro electric power generation in the City of Dunedin.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of hydro electric power generation and shall vest in Waipori Power Generation Limited on the 16th day of May 1991.

All that piece of land containing 2.82 hectares, being part Section 52, Block VIII, Waipori Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 23386, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Grey District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves accounts, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
