"Committee" means the Waiapu Rural Fire Committee;
"District" means the Waiapu Rural Fire District.

Constitution of the Waiapu Rural Fire District

4. The areas specified in the Schedule to this order are hereby constituted and declared to be a rural fire district to be known as the Waiapu Rural Fire District.

5. The Waiapu Rural Fire District shall, for the purposes of the Act, be administered by a rural fire committee which shall be known as the Waiapu Rural Fire Committee.

6. The Committee shall consist of three members as follows:
   (a) One person appointed by the Secretary of the Ministry of Forestry;
   (b) One person appointed by the Director-General of the Department of Conservation; and
   (c) One person appointed by Ngati Porou Forest Limited by writing signed on behalf of that company by one director and the secretary thereof.

7. Restricted and prohibited fire seasons shall be declared as and when the Committee sees fit.

8. Costs arising from the Committee’s activities shall be shared or recovered according to guidelines set by the Committee.

Gisborne Land District—Gisborne—Waiapu Rural Fire District

All those parcels containing 12,950 hectares, more or less, as shown marked “A” to “X”, inclusive on S.O. Plan 8473, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne and as the same on those plans numbered NRFA 102, deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.

The DFC New Zealand Limited (Appointment of Advisory Committee) Notice 1991

Pursuant to section 119 (5) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, I, the Honourable Ruth Richardson, the Minister of Finance, in accordance with a recommendation of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, give the following notice:

Notice

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the DFC New Zealand Limited (Appointment of Advisory Committee) Notice 1991.

2. Appointment of additional members to Advisory Committee:
   (i) Mikihiko Hattori of Tokyo, banker, and in his absence, Daizo Kozasa of Sydney, banker, and in the absence of both, Masaki Fukuda of Tokyo, banker, are hereby appointed as additional members of the advisory committee to advise the statutory management under Part V of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 by virtue of the DFC New Zealand Limited (Statutory Management) Order 1990, on the conduct of the statutory management, including the exercise of the powers conferred by Part V of that Act in relation to those companies.
   (ii) Mikihiko Hattori, Daizo Kozasa and Masaki Fukuda are appointed for a period which commences on the 17th day of May 1991 and that expires on the 31st day of December 1991.

3. In this notice, a reference to the absence of any person shall mean the absence of that person from the whole or part of any meeting of the advisory committee.
