Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the Reserves Act 1977.

National Parks Act 1980

Adding Land to Egmont National Park

Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of Egmont National Park.

Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Picton Scenic Reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1991, No. 10.

2. The notice(s) referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
